In 2019 we undertook a strategic planning process where we and many other stake holders, including educators and parents, looked at the future direction of HILLS – at where our strengths and opportunities lie and what we need to keep, remove, change or introduce.

We gratefully acknowledge all the work that has gone before us – including the strategic actions that were presented in 2017 – which are now complete – the most significant of which is to bring the Secondary Campus back to the Verdun site.

The School Management Team have developed a detailed action plan with over 70 priorities to progress these strategic areas starting in 2020. The strategic plan is a living document, one that we will continually report against, review and change as required.

The below document further expands the 6 key strategic areas and outlines some of the key priorities in each area that have been identified.
